About The Position

Events and Ministry Coordinators create and provide an excellent Apartment Life (AL) experience to residents and staff in an apartment community. The role is for mission-minded, highly relational, and responsible people who enjoy meeting new people, planning social activities, and helping people experience God's unconditional love. Coordinators combine excellence in business with loving their neighbors well through consistently excellent events, personal communication, genuine care, and radical hospitality. This is a volunteer position: coordinators receive no wages and instead pay a reduced monthly Apartment Life program fee for their apartment, providing significantly reduced housing costs. The position requires weekly availability, mainly during evenings and weekends, and a commitment to serve in the apartment community for the minimum term.
