About The Position
Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is seeking customer-service oriented, tech-savvy, professional individuals to join their team as Box Office Ticket Sellers for the 2026-27 Event Season at EagleBank Arena (EBA). This part-time, seasonal role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering event knowledge, processing ticket transactions, and furnishing general building information to guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working on a team and is eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience providing outstanding customer service, cash handling, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Bilingual and multi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to work as a team member.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekend, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions pertaining to ticketing for upcoming events.
- Use Ticketmaster software system to sell tickets, process payment, and deliver mobile tickets.
- Provide technical support with mobile ticketing, walking customers through how to access their tickets.
- Answer general questions about the venue including entrances, concession options, restrooms, and parking.
- Assist customers in need of accessible seating, explaining their seating options and how to navigate through the venue.
- Other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- Pay Rate: $15.00 USD/hour.
