About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation and execution of promotional events and customer-focused activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, organizing event areas, and helping create professional and welcoming experiences for attendees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Comfortable performing hands-on and physical tasks.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in an active, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous event, retail, hospitality, customer service, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up event areas, displays, tables, and promotional materials.
- Help organize products, signage, and promotional displays.
- Assist with transporting and arranging event materials as needed.
- Welcome attendees and provide basic assistance during events.
- Support product presentations and promotional activities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
- Assist with event operations throughout the day.
- Help restock promotional materials and supplies as needed.
- Assist with event breakdown and organizing materials after events.
- Communicate supply or setup needs to team members.
- Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
- Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
