We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events, organize materials, and support successful event operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, and contributing to organized and engaging customer-focused events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks.
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving event materials.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, production, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up event areas before promotional activities.
- Help organize event materials for efficient setup and use.
- Support event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
- Assist team members with event preparation and daily activities.
- Help ensure promotional materials and displays are properly arranged.
- Support event staff during customer-facing activities when needed.
- Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members.
- Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.
- Work efficiently to complete setup activities on schedule.
- Assist with general event tasks as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
