Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable performing hands-on and physical tasks.
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and move event materials as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in events, setup, customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar work is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up event areas before promotional activities begin.
- Organize event materials to ensure everything is ready for attendees.
- Help transport and position event materials safely.
- Assist with maintaining clean and organized event areas.
- Support event staff during customer-facing activities.
- Help welcome attendees and direct them to appropriate areas.
- Assist with distributing promotional materials and information.
- Help with event breakdown and organization after activities conclude.
- Check event materials and supplies for completeness and condition.
- Communicate missing materials or setup concerns to team members.
- Work closely with coworkers to complete setup tasks efficiently.
- Assist with general event activities as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
