About The Position

Moodreact is a full-service maintenance company supporting homes and businesses with electricians, appliance repair technicians, plumbers, and skilled general labor teams. The Event Setup Assistant helps prepare spaces for promotional activities, brand activations, and other organized events. The role involves hands-on setup, organizing event materials, and helping ensure event areas are ready for attendees. Training is provided; previous event setup experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to instructions.
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks and remain active throughout a shift.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible and comfortable working in a changing event environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, retail, or similar work is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to instructions and event requirements.
• Arrange displays, signage, tables, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Check that event materials are organized and ready before activities begin.
• Assist with moving and positioning equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and presentable event areas.
• Help dismantle displays and organize materials after events.
• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and event procedures.
