About The Position

Iron Bloom Collective is hiring an entry-level Event & Promotions Assistant for its active field operations division. The assistant helps execute localized promotional layouts, runs interactive product displays, and builds brand awareness among regional target markets through in-person engagement. The work involves setting up and dismantling promotional displays, delivering face-to-face presentations, tracking campaign inventory and enrollment counts, and cross-training with other operational departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Upbeat, high-energy personality with a natural knack for public-facing engagement.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry up to 30 lbs for portable display setups.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, clean, and organize client-branded promotional tables, visual displays, and campaign signage at designated field locations.
• Deliver upbeat, clear face-to-face messages to the public about client features, advantages, and active promotional deals.
• Monitor and log daily promotional items, brochures, and target enrollment counts to ensure campaigns are fully stocked.
• Cross-train with other operational departments during morning briefings to learn different territory campaign models.
