About The Position

You own delivery for a book of client properties: staffing every event, leading captains and event leads, running pre-event planning with clients, and holding the standard on every floor. This is a working manager role with real events every week. Atlanta is our headquarters market: hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown and Midtown to Buckhead, Perimeter, Gwinnett and the airport corridor.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of hotel banquet, catering or event operations leadership
• Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Build and confirm crews for every event on your book
• Lead captains and event leads; run Captain School cohorts
• Walk properties with clients before and after events
• Own fill rate, show rate and client satisfaction for your accounts
