Event Marketing Manager

About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is expanding into the Piedmont Triad and is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to establish its event marketing strategy, develop community relationships, lead a team, and drive lead generation in the market. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role that involves engaging homeowners, generating leads, setting appointments, and managing event execution. The manager will also own venue relationships and identify and secure new events to expand Joyce’s local presence. Compensation includes a $55,000 base salary, with expected first-year earnings of $65,000–$70,000 or more through uncapped bonuses. The role also includes a $500 monthly car allowance and a $100 monthly phone allowance.

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in event marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or lead generation.
Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.
Willingness to travel throughout the Piedmont Triad market.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and build a market from the ground up.
Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment.
