About The Position

As Event Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will shape how developers, platform teams, and open-source communities experience Coder in person and online. You will plan and execute events that build awareness, create pipeline, and turn technical interest into meaningful engagement. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and partners, you will manage event details, connect teams, and deliver useful, credible, and well-run experiences. The role covers Coder’s EMEA event programs, including trade shows, conferences, summits, and partner activations. It includes managing event planning and execution, coordinating technical event experiences, aligning event strategy with Sales priorities, developing communications and event materials, evaluating event opportunities, managing external partners, and tracking performance. Travel is required as needed to support events hands-on. Coder provides self-hosted, agent-ready workspaces that help enterprises run human- and AI-driven development workflows in consistent, governed environments. The role’s interview process is intended to take two to four weeks, if schedules allow. AI assistance is not permitted during conversational interviews but may be used for take-home assessments if its use is disclosed. Coder uses AI tools to support recruitment administration and prioritization; hiring decisions are made by humans. Candidate data is not used to train AI models.
