The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and performance of activities associated with conference room and event set-ups per customer requests. This role requires providing a high quality of customer service, collaborating with internal and external partners to understand business needs, and executing events. The coordinator will also be responsible for collecting pre/post event metrics, verifying event schedules, building relationships with vendors, conducting site inspections, and serving as a point of contact for user inquiries and issues. Additionally, the role involves creating diagrams, updating data, assisting with inventory management and SOP development, creating signage, and identifying opportunities for performance improvement. Compliance with company safety rules, policies, and procedures is essential.
