About The Position

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and professional Event Bartenders to support events at hotels, convention centers, arenas, catering facilities, banquet halls, and other event venues. Assignments may include weddings, corporate events, concerts, sporting events, banquets, private parties, and other large gatherings. The role involves providing friendly and efficient service in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a professional appearance. Scheduling is flexible and event-based, with opportunities on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Assignments may range from a single event to multiple-day or recurring events, with work locations and shift lengths varying according to client needs.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is required; experience in hotels, catering, banquets, restaurants, or high-volume event environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and standard bartending techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in busy, high-volume environments.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry bar supplies as needed.
• Must meet applicable legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Reliable transportation to various event locations.
• Availability for flexible assignments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Responsible alcohol service certification may be required depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event requirements.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to event guests.
• Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Verify guest identification and follow applicable alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems when required.
• Restock beverages, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout events.
• Work with banquet servers, catering teams, and event coordinators to ensure smooth service.
• Follow venue policies, food safety guidelines, and event-specific instructions.
