On-Call Event Attendant

About The Position
Event staff personnel are frontline staff members who greet and interact with customers attending events, including football and baseball games and concerts. The role involves handling cash, making correct change, issuing parking passes and receipts, and directing customers to parking areas. All positions are outdoors and require working in various weather conditions. The position is temporary and seasonal, with work at multiple locations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check; a 10-year background check will be conducted.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, approximately 3–8 hours.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- High school diploma required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cash-handling experience is a plus.
- Flexible hours.
