About The Position

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking motivated Event Appointment Setters to represent the company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, and retail locations throughout Southern California. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and want to earn excellent income while working a flexible part-time schedule. The role involves engaging homeowners, educating them about bathroom remodeling services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for the sales team. This is a field-based position that requires traveling to customer homes, event locations, or designated territories within the assigned market.

Requirements

• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Ability and willingness to drive to scheduled events throughout the territory
• Must live within 25 miles of Temecula, CA or Murrieta, CA

Nice To Haves

• Retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, event marketing, or sales experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage event attendees and start conversations with potential customers
• Generate leads and schedule qualified in-home appointments
• Promote our bathroom remodeling products and services professionally
• Set up and break down event displays and promotional booths
• Travel to various events throughout the local market area
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times
• Work closely with the Events Coordinator before, during, and after events
• Maintain event materials, displays, and marketing assets
• Help create an exciting and welcoming booth environment
