About The Position

The Evening Operations Generalist provides excellent customer service to library patrons and assists with managing building operations. The role prepares and reports department statistics, organizes Front Desk and resource areas, and works with library events.

The normal schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 3 PM to midnight. The schedule changes during break weeks and summer sessions. This is a 40-hour-per-week, 12-month classified staff position in the Library, with a salary of $38,000–$42,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Customer service experience.

• Skill in using Microsoft Office products.
