About The Position

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
- A technical degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read schematics, diagnose issues quickly, and lead others through solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations and mentor technicians.
- Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
