About The Position
Wisenbaker Builder Services is hiring an experienced maintenance leader to lead manufacturing maintenance operations. The role calls for a hands-on technical expert and problem-solver who can keep machinery running under pressure, mentor technicians, and guide others through solutions. The position is intended for someone with substantial real-world manufacturing maintenance experience. The role includes leading and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
- A technical degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read schematics, diagnose issues quickly, and lead others through solutions.
