About The Position

Mozaic is hiring an Evening Site Supervisor in Seneca Falls to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and create a safe, welcoming, person-centered home for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The supervisor coaches and develops staff, oversees daily operations, coordinates residential services, and ensures high-quality care and compliance with agency and state standards. The role supports experiences that promote choice, inclusion, personal growth, and independent living, while advocating for the health, safety, and well-being of the people supported. The supervisor works alongside families, clinicians, and support teams to help achieve individual goals. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., for 37.5 hours per week. Pay is $20.60–$21.60, based on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma.
3–5 years of experience working in Residential Services.
Current valid New York State driver's license.
