About The Position
Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is hiring for an Evening Site Supervisor in Seneca Falls. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring they are well-trained, supported, and delivering high-quality care. This role involves leading a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals while creating a safe, welcoming, and person-centered home for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Evening Site Supervisor will play a vital role in coaching staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality services that empower people to live fulfilling, independent lives. In this rewarding leadership role, you'll inspire and develop your team, coordinate residential services, ensure compliance with agency and state standards, and support meaningful experiences that promote choice, inclusion, and personal growth. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years' experience working in Residential Services
- Current valid NYS driver's license
