About The Position
SunSoft Online is recruiting a full-time Custodian for a community college campus in Glendale, AZ. This is a one-year assignment starting mid-August, with an evening shift from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The position is 100% onsite at the campus located in the 6000 E Olive Ave area, Glendale. The pay rate is $19.00/hr W2.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable evening availability (5 PM-1:30 AM, Monday-Friday)
- Phoenix/Glendale-area local candidates only
- Resume must show current city
- Available for an in-person interview within a week
- Able to start within two weeks of an offer
- Background check and drug screening required (HireRight)
- W2 only
Responsibilities
- Keeping campus buildings clean and orderly
- Sweeping, mopping, waxing, and vacuuming floors and carpets
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms
- Washing windows, mirrors, and walls
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Emptying trash
- Moving furniture and preparing rooms for meetings and events
- Removing graffiti and stains
- Minor equipment and fixture upkeep
