About The Position
Gold Bison Grill and DoubleTree Rapid City has an opening for an additional busser. This is a great position to learn about Food & Beverage from a small business Restaurant & Lounge in Rapid City. This role is responsible for clearing dining room tables, returning used dishware to a scrape station, cleaning and resetting tables with silverware and glassware. Other duties include keeping the restaurant and lounge area clean, helping Servers with food delivery and guest service (such as answering questions, serving, and refilling drinks), and assisting with moving heavy kegs and other inventory.
