About The Position
The Gold Bison Grill is seeking a Morning Busser to assist with busy breakfasts. This role involves clearing and resetting dining room tables, returning used dishware, cleaning the restaurant and lounge area, and assisting Servers with food delivery and guest service. The position also includes opening and closing duties and assisting with moving heavy kegs and other inventory. - Clearing tables

- Returning used dishware to a scrape station
- Cleaning and resetting tables with silverware and glassware
- Keeping restaurant and lounge area clean
- Helping Servers with food delivery and guest service (such as answering questions, serving, and refilling drinks)
- Assistance moving heavy kegs and other inventory
