About The Position

The EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer is responsible for delivering end-user support, managing IT operations, and ensuring efficient onboarding and offboarding processes. This role supports endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, asset tracking, and data center operations while maintaining compliance with organizational IT standards.

Requirements

  • Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Endpoint/device management tools (e.g., Intune)
  • SharePoint Online support
  • Basic networking (VPN, LAN, DNS)
  • ITSM and asset management tools
  • Basic knowledge of data center operations
  • 3–7 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Microsoft Modern Workplace / Intune certifications

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end onboarding including account setup, access provisioning, and device configuration
  • Manage offboarding activities including access revocation, data handling, and asset recovery
  • Ensure SLA adherence and audit compliance
  • Coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams
  • Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Troubleshoot authentication, sync, licensing, and access issues
  • Manage OS builds, upgrades, and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Administer Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Manage endpoint devices using device management tools
  • Configure and deploy OS updates, patches, and applications
  • Monitor compliance and resolve patching issues
  • Ensure endpoint security and policy adherence
  • Manage site access, permissions, and document libraries
  • Support collaboration and document management needs
  • Assist with workflows and governance processes
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and records
  • Conduct asset audits and reconciliation
  • Track asset lifecycle during onboarding/offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with asset and security policies
  • Perform on-site support tasks (rack & stack, cabling, hardware troubleshooting)
  • Handle power cycling and basic hardware replacement
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and network teams
  • Follow operational and safety procedures
  • Manage incidents, requests, and changes via ITSM tools
  • Ensure SLA compliance and proper documentation
  • Develop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base content
  • Support audit and compliance activities
