About The Position

The EUC Intern will support the End User Hardware Refresh program by helping automate workflows and remove manual steps. The ICE Internship Program combines hands-on project work with career and professional development, including weekly sessions led by industry leaders and opportunities to connect with fellow interns and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The internship requires full-time, five-day-a-week work at the ICE office at 11 Wall Street in New York for the entire duration of one of two program schedules: May 24, 2027–August 6, 2027, or June 7, 2027–August 20, 2027. Partial participation and alternate dates cannot be accommodated. The expected hourly rate for New York candidates is $30.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited university, with an expected graduation date no later than June 2027.
• Effective computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• General technical knowledge of Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
• General networking knowledge, including TCP/IP.
• Automation and scripting knowledge, including PowerShell and AI tools.
• Available to work full-time, five days a week, at the New York (11 Wall Street) office for the entire duration of one designated program schedule.

Responsibilities

• Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager.
• Engage with business partners and contribute to projects that drive significant value.
• Provide technical support for end user equipment.
• Support deployment and management of end user hardware and software.
• Assist with onboarding and training end users.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
• Support the End User Hardware Refresh program by helping automate workflows and remove manual steps.
