About The Position

The ICE Internship Program provides hands-on work on impactful business projects, along with practical career and professional development. Interns participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The EUC Intern supports the End User Hardware Refresh program by helping automate workflows and remove manual steps. The position provides technical support for end-user equipment and assists with the deployment and management of hardware and software, as well as end-user onboarding and training. Interns must work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the full duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation and alternate dates are not accommodated.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited university, with an expected graduation date no later than June 2027.
• Effective computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• General technical knowledge of Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
• General networking knowledge, including TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting, including PowerShell and AI tools.
• Availability to work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the full duration of one designated program schedule.

Responsibilities

• Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager.
• Engage with business partners and contribute to projects that drive significant value.
• Provide technical support for end-user equipment.
• Support deployment and management of end-user hardware and software.
• Assist with onboarding and training end users.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
• Help automate workflows for the End User Hardware Refresh program and remove manual steps.
