About The Position

As an ETF Operations Analyst within the Fund Servicing team, you will support the AP services responsible for JP Morgan’s ETF Servicing offering. The role involves managing clients’ trading activity, ETF orders, settlements, collateral, cash movements, reconciliations, reporting, and client and Authorized Participant communications. You will also work with technology and change teams to improve processes, participate in industry discussions, and uphold regulatory and control standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of industry experience.
Ability to learn technical knowledge and systems quickly.
Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, managerial, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global operating environment and matrix management organization.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties.

ETF industry experience.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income.
Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.

Responsibilities

Manage daily client trading activity, including reviewing reconciliation breaks on shares and valuation and responding to related client queries.
Handle ETF order inquiries and resolutions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to Authorized Participants and issuers.
Maintain a daily settlements dashboard showing the status of open and settling orders, and track KPIs for ageing breaks.
Facilitate collateral management, including validation, processing, and release of ETF order cash in line with control standards.
Return collateral following subsequent settlements in accordance with policy and client agreements.
Manage Authorized Participant communications for incoming and outgoing wires; initiate and monitor wire requests for collateral, cash components, and order fees.
Produce and distribute collateral reporting to Authorized Participants and ETF issuers, maintaining transparency on requirements, movements, and balances.
Reconcile accurately and efficiently against core controls and procedures for relevant ETF and transfer agent deliveries.
Partner with technology and change teams to scale processes, enhance resiliency, and automate manual touchpoints.
Participate in industry working groups, initiatives, and discussions about current ETF events and potential new ETF product launches with Fund Sponsors.
Uphold regulatory and control standards and provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management.
