About The Position

The ETF Operations Analyst is responsible for core fund operational processes, including preparing portfolio composition files (PCFs), processing primary-market ETF creation and redemption orders, arranging related settlements, supporting ETF unit settlements and relationships with authorized participants (APs), and handling AP inquiries. The role also covers CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent, ETF rebalancing, and ETF collateral processing and P&L calculation. Working knowledge of mutual fund accounting or custody is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PCF files, including reviewing relevant component stocks, quantities, and prices.
• Process primary-market ETF creation and redemption orders.
• Arrange ETF creation and redemption settlements, both in cash and in kind.
• Arrange ETF unit settlements and manage relationships with APs.
• Handle AP inquiries related to ETF creation and redemption orders.
• Perform CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent.
• Handle ETF rebalancing.
• Process ETF collateral and calculate P&L.
