About The Position

Highland Roofing is hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join its team in Charlotte, Raleigh, or Wilmington. The estimator will prepare estimates and proposals for commercial roofing jobs, review project blueprints and specifications, and use The Edge software and internal systems to manage estimating work. The role involves working with the team to meet goals and keep projects on track, while contributing ideas to improve work processes. Requirements

• At least 3 years of estimating experience, or a strong background as a roofing project manager or superintendent.
• Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
