About The Position
The Estimator will work on-site for a construction industry client in the Middleton, Massachusetts area. The role is responsible for creating estimates in Excel for new projects, including estimates for materials, labor, and manpower. This is a long-term contract-to-possible-hire opportunity. Pay is $55,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Experience with Excel.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree is preferred.
- An architectural background is preferred; candidates with experience in other industries may also be considered.
