About The Position

FACEGYM is hiring an Esthetician to deliver personalized facial workouts and skincare services in its New York studios. The role combines skilled facial techniques, knowledge of skincare and facial wellness, and excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships and support the luxury brand experience. Estheticians are expected to achieve sales goals, educate clients about FACEGYM services and products, and help grow studio business through events, social media, and word-of-mouth. The position requires completion of FACEGYM bootcamp training before independently delivering all menu services and workouts. Trainers are paid the greater of service commission—18% of the pre-tax menu price—or $20 per hour for clocked client-service time classified as a primary duty. Event work pays $40 per hour, and retail commissions vary by product category.

Requirements

Be eligible to work in the United States.
Hold a valid New York Esthetician License.
Be flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, evenings, rotating holidays, and at least four weekend shifts per month.
Be able to stand for at least three hours while performing consecutive workouts and use safe body mechanics and self-care techniques.
Be punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitments.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Maintain professionalism and follow company standards.
Communicate articulately and positively with clients and team members, supporting a healthy employee culture and the luxury brand reputation.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals, use strategic sales tactics, and educate clients about the FACEGYM brand.
Keep workstations clean and presentable and properly sanitize tools and equipment.
Use problem-solving skills and resourcefulness while performing workouts, and tactfully address client concerns.
Promote services through word-of-mouth, events, and social media to grow personal and studio business.
Use retail and merchandising practices to meet sales goals by sharing technical and educational information with clients and coworkers.
Deliver all menu services and workouts after successfully completing FACEGYM bootcamp training.
Support other locations when necessary.
