About The Position

ES OnPrem PeopleSoft Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise PeopleSoft solutions across Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Payroll, and related business functions. The architect works closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define solution architecture, gather requirements, create technical design documents, and ensure that PeopleSoft applications align with business objectives. They evaluate existing systems, recommend improvements, oversee integrations with third-party and enterprise applications, and ensure scalability, security, performance, and compliance across the PeopleSoft environment.

Requirements

• Experience in designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise PeopleSoft solutions.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Payroll modules.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
