About The Position

We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist to provide support for 3 of our ERP solutions. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical ERP support teams, focusing on issue resolution, root cause analysis, and user support. The support specialist will support day-to-day operations, review/clarify helpdesk tickets, and work with managed service providers to ensure users can effectively leverage ERP tools to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of ERP support experience.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and business users.
  • Experience with Jira or other software development tracking platforms
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to meeting timelines and encouraging others to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for SAP Business One, IFS, and SAGE 100 users
  • Collaborate with business users to understand issues and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation of support cases, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for end users
  • Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and patches by validating functionality and ensuring smooth deployment
  • Monitor system performance
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize requests and follow through with prioritization
  • Manage change management and other security processes
  • Manage User Security within the ERP Solutions
  • Use Jira to track project performance
