About The Position
HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, is seeking an ERP/IT Intern for the Summer of 2027. For almost 35 years, HydraForce has been producing innovative electro-hydraulic control solutions for mobile and industrial equipment markets, with products found in applications such as Agricultural and Turf Care Machinery, Construction and Road-Building Equipment, Material Handling and Personnel-Lift Equipment, Transmission, Engine and Powertrain Controls, Forestry and Resource Management Equipment, Refuse and Waste Handling Equipment, Injection Molding and Press Machinery, and other Specialized Mobile and Industrial Applications.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science.
- Strong interest in ERP systems, technology, and business processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with an ERP system, such as SAP, is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily support and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Help enter, review, update, and validate data within the system.
- Assist with identifying and correcting data issues.
- Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Help create and update procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Assist with reports and data analysis as needed.
- Work with different departments to understand business processes and system needs.
- Help troubleshoot basic system or user issues and escalate concerns when needed.
- Participate in meetings related to ERP projects and system improvements.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students.
