Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in functional analysis, consulting, or software implementation within the ERP or major SaaS ecosystem.
• Proven client-facing background with a natural ability to analyze, document, and improve complex business processes.
• Flawless verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (essential for handling our bilingual North American client base).
• University degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Business Administration (Operations/Logistics Management), or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Foundational knowledge of corporate accounting: General understanding of standard financial workflows (General Ledger / GL, Accounts Payable / AP, Accounts Receivable / AR).
• Direct hands-on experience or certification with the NetSuite platform (or other mainstream ERP systems like SAP, Odoo, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience drafting process workflows using mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate discovery workshops to gather comprehensive client business requirements and map current (As-Is) processes.
• Analyze operational workflows (finance, supply chain, CRM), identify systemic inefficiencies, and design target (To-Be) functional architectures aligned with industry best practices.
• Translate validated workflows into functional specifications and handle direct configuration within the NetSuite platform (creating custom fields, forms, roles, dashboards, and approval workflows).
• Develop test scenarios, perform functional testing, and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system logic and data integrity.
• Play an active role during critical deployment and Go-Live phases, assisting with data migration to ensure a smooth operational transition.
• Deliver engaging training sessions tailored for client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users, and write clear functional guides to solidify ERP adoption.
• Provide Tier 2/3 functional support and hypercare to clients during the operational stabilization phase immediately following deployment.
