  • Proficiency in ERP systems, data-mapping concepts and techniques, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to understand cross-module impacts of system changes.
  • Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to stakeholders and conveying business needs to technical teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills for system, business-process, and data-integrity issues.
  • Ability and willingness to work more than 40 hours per week, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities

  • Understand current workflows and design future-state processes that use standard ERP functionality, reduce manual work, and promote business best practices.
  • Lead sessions to define business functional requirements and scope.
  • Support the ERP lifecycle in partnership with IT, including functional configuration, data migration, and system integration.
  • Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities and recommend standard, out-of-the-box solutions over custom enhancements where possible.
  • Develop ERP business process flows and test scripts to verify that the system meets business criteria.
  • Support development of training materials for ERP deployments.
  • Train end users as a subject matter expert and create documentation to support adoption.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into plain language for stakeholders and communicate business needs to technical teams.
  • Address system, business-process, and data-integrity issues.
  • Travel occasionally domestically and/or globally as project timelines require, averaging no more than 25%.
