About The Position

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring an ERP Business Analyst to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, workflow configuration, system integration, and software development life cycle practices.
• Understanding of client/server applications, data validation, system testing, and ERP functionality within an organizational environment.
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, workflows, and system solutions.
• Skilled in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting ERP systems, applications, and integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.
• Ability to evaluate ERP functionality against business requirements, support upgrades and user acceptance testing, and maintain clear system documentation.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Relevant certification from nationally recognized technical authority.
• 8570 Baseline IAM Level I
• Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Analyzes business requirements and processes, configures workflows, and supports the integration of client/server applications to meet organizational needs.
• Performs system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing to ensure ERP functionality meets business requirements.
• Collaborates with business and technical teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, documentation, and ongoing ERP operations.
