About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead, motivate, engage, train, and mentor a team of veterinary professionals. The role is suited to someone who leads by example, has advanced veterinary skills, and brings strong communication, time-management, and organizational abilities. The position offers a dynamic work environment with varied medical cases and career development opportunities. The supervisor mentors and coaches staff, helps ensure attentive patient and client care, coordinates meetings and training schedules, and supports resolution of workplace conflicts and performance concerns. Other related duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Mentor lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
- Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek help with escalated or stressful situations.
- Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
- Organize training schedules for technician staff.
- Identify workplace conflicts and seek assistance in resolving them.
- Provide feedback and leadership, and help develop performance improvement plans.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
