Equipment Support II
About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Equipment Support II in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position assists drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers for transport. The employee operates equipment and ensures it is clean and ready for rent. This is an outdoor yard role, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime is eligible after 40 hours. Pay starts at $17.95 per hour, depending on experience, and is paid weekly; the role is also eligible for a quarterly branch performance bonus. Requirements
- Previous one year of experience operating construction equipment or in general labor is preferred.
- Must be comfortable operating equipment.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in a yard and in the elements.
- Strong safety focus.
- Good organizational skills, motivation to meet goals, and a team-oriented approach.
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full range of motion, including frequently climbing in and out of equipment.
- Self-starter who shows initiative.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish skills.
