Equipment Support II
About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Equipment Support II in Mesa, Arizona. The role supports drivers, mechanics, and customers with equipment operations and with loading and unloading equipment for transport. The employee operates, cleans, and prepares equipment so it is ready for rental. The position works outdoors in the elements across the shop, branch, and yard. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday on the morning shift, with no nights or weekends; branch hours are 6 AM–5 PM. Overtime may be available based on business needs. Pay is $18.50–$23.10 per hour, depending on experience, and is paid weekly. Sunstate describes safety and people as core values and offers opportunities for career development and advancement. Requirements
- Comfort operating construction equipment.
- Comfort working outdoors in the elements in the shop, branch, and yard.

- Full range of motion and agility; the job involves frequently climbing in and out of equipment.
