About The Position

Synectic Solutions is currently recruiting for a Team Lead that will be responsible for performing, training, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on a vast array of bombs, missiles, weapons systems, test equipment and associated equipment. This role involves providing support to type model series aircraft such as the AH-1W, UH-1N, CH-53E, and MV-22B, with familiarization with the FA-18EF and the F-35B/C aircraft. The position requires providing on-site training (both formal classroom and on-the-job), logistics, and engineering, technical, and troubleshooting support for weapons systems integration for current and newly developed weapons systems. This includes providing SME support in areas such as Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE), Aircraft Guns Systems (AGS), Aircraft Stores Management Systems (SMS), Armament Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE), Materials Handling Equipment (MHE), Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE), Test Equipment (TE), and any other associated equipment and components. The role also involves performing handling, lifting, bending, and transporting procedures, standing for extended periods, and executing maintenance actions on multiple weapons systems simultaneously, which may require extensive walking and working in awkward positions.

Requirements

• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen and have an US Passport
• BS Degree or at least 10 years of relevant experience
• At least five (5) years of recent and relevant experience with fixed wing aircrafts
• Experience with AH-1W, UH-1N, CH-53E, MV-22B, FA-18EF, F-35B/C aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to type model series aircraft are the AH-1W, UH-1N, CH-53E, and MV-22B and utilize familiarization with the FA-18EF and the F-35B/C aircraft.
• Provide on-site training (both formal classroom and on-the-job), logistics, and engineering, technical, and troubleshooting support for weapons systems integration for current and newly developed weapons systems.
• Provide comprehensive SME support in the areas of: Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE), Aircraft Guns Systems (AGS), Aircraft Stores Management Systems (SMS), Armament Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE), Materials Handling Equipment (MHE), Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE), Test Equipment (TE) and any other associated equipment and components.
• Perform handling, lifting, bending, and transporting procedures to accomplish the required tasking.
• Stand in one place for extended periods while performing maintenance actions.
• Execute maintenance actions are being performed on several weapons and weapons systems at the same time, which may require extensive walking and working in awkward positions.
