Requirements
- An associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of technical maintenance experience
- Basic understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, our equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company equipment and its technical and functional characteristics.
- Lead equipment demonstrations for clients
- Calibrate and conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment functions efficiently, and replace defective parts as necessary
- Build positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Assist in the design and development of new equipment, recommending improvements to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as primary contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain a database of current and potential customer account information.
- Assist the Manager in developing the project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Work with the sales team to process customer orders on time.
- Maintain documentation of all sales activity and orders.
