Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate equipment inventory across accounting records and profitability tools
Assess equipment ROI and recommend actions for low or negative returns
Track and monitor service collections performance
Build financial acumen in the field and drive performance accountability
Translate key business metrics into actionable insights for Market Unit leaders
Coach and develop team members to improve impact and readiness for future roles
Travel up to 20% within assigned geography
Other projects or duties as assigned
