About The Position

The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role and the Company’s front line of contact with customers. The role supports telephone and walk-in customers seeking rentals of construction and industrial equipment. It involves understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and delivering customer satisfaction with a professional attitude. Strong administrative skills are also required. The position offers steady hours, potential overtime, on-the-job training, and a possible career track into outside sales or operational management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual skills, such as Spanish or another language, may be preferred in some locations.
