Requirements

Able to adjust machine settings with accuracy
Strong math skills and great attention to detail
Good mechanical skills — comfortable working with tools and equipment
Able to read and understand written instructions
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Set up and run machines like the die cutting press, labeler, and encoder, following job instructions and company quality rules
Do regular maintenance on the machines to keep them running well
Check the paper to make sure it’s the right size, color, type, and amount
Watch for mistakes or problems during the job and fix them if needed
Do special quality checks for jobs that use RFID tags
Help the press operator with packing and preparing finished products
Work with your team to plan and adjust the schedule if jobs or deadlines change
Follow all safety rules and make sure you’re using the equipment safely
