About The Position

The Equipment Operator supports warehouse operations by assisting with order picking, let downs, replenishment, and the goals of all departments. The role involves working with products for clients involved in the active lifestyle industry. Success requires reliability, accuracy, efficiency, adaptability, attention to safety, and consideration for coworkers and downstream tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The starting pay is $21.00 per hour. The work location is 1350 Brown Ave, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509.

Requirements

At least 3 months of forklift experience using a stand-up reach truck and/or cherry picker.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders and stairs, work at heights in elevated areas, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Trustworthy and moral character; pre-employment background and drug tests are used.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, order/cherry pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
Perform receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, cycle counting, and other general warehouse duties.
Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures.
Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.
Assist with order picking, let downs, replenishment, and department goals.
