About The Position
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. This position requires travel and the ability to work on job sites for extended periods.
Requirements
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel and stay on location for up to seven consecutive days.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and dependability.
- Background check
- Pre-employment drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training will be provided if needed).
- CPR certification preferred (training will be provided if needed).
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment used to complete project work, including: Tractors, Loaders, Haybusters, Crimpers, Skid steers, Other equipment and implements as assigned.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
- Work closely with crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain equipment in clean, safe operating condition.
