About The Position

Taylor Corporation is hiring temporary Equipment Operators to work during the holiday season. The role involves operating production machinery at a fast, consistent pace and maintaining equipment to support optimum production output. Training is provided, and full-time positions are offered. Shift hours are flexible across first and second shifts based on availability. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery at a fast and consistent pace.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimum output.
Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
Check plates for correct format.
Visually inspect forms throughout production runs for quality.
Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, reorganizing when necessary to meet deadline changes and updates.
Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment.
