About The Position
R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Equipment Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility.
Requirements
- Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, compactors, loaders) to move, spread, and compact waste materials.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain landfill cover and site grading to meet safety and environmental standards.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including proper PPE use.
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and safe landfill operations.
