Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Foreman & Laborers (Construction)
About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for epoxy flooring and concrete polishing crew and foreman opportunities. The position involves installing flooring systems while meeting production targets and complying with health and safety requirements. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and be able to work overnight, on weekends, and on holidays.
Requirements
- Experience or qualifications in concrete polishing and epoxy or urethane flooring.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Ability to work overnight, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
Responsibilities
- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Use equipment and materials properly.
- Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
- Input hours in a timely manner.
