Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Foreman & Laborers (Construction)
About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring crew members and forepersons to install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring systems in industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The role involves travel and overnight stays, and may require working nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy / urethane flooring.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.

Responsibilities
- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring systems.
- Comply strictly with health and safety rules and regulations.
- Use equipment and materials properly.
- Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
- Submit hours in a timely manner.
